- 8. Certificate Issuance Consent: Before a certificate is issued, users will receive a Terms & Conditions NOC (No Objection Certificate) email. The certificate will only be issued after the user reads and agrees to the terms mentioned in the mail.
- 9. Training Nature Only: Our certificates are only for training completion and skill showcase.
- 10. No Govt. Affiliation: Dicecode Technologies is a private firm. Our certificates are not affiliated with UGC, AICTE, or any government body.
- 11. Service Usage: Continued usage after updates implies automatic agreement to the new terms.
- 12. Discontinuation of Service: If the company decides to stop operations or close permanently, users cannot claim or force service continuation or access to past services.
- 13. Changes to Terms: Dicecode Technologies reserves the right to update or change the terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies user agreement.
- 14. Certificate Disclaimer: Our certificates do not guarantee any legal, academic, or job-related claims. They solely serve as a showcase to confirm that the user has successfully completed the training program provided by Dicecode Technologies.
- Showcase Purpose: Certificates issued by Dicecode Technologies are intended solely for showcasing training or internship completion. They are not a guarantee of employment, freelance work, or academic credit.
- User Responsibility: If a user faces any kind of loss—financial, professional, or reputational—by using our certificate in any external context, Dicecode Technologies will not be held responsible or liable.
- Certificate Misuse: Any user found misusing or forging the certificate will have their verification permanently revoked and may face legal consequences.
- Intellectual Property:All content and materials provided are the intellectual property of Dicecode Technologies and may not be copied or shared without written permission.
- Refund Policy - Policies are in place not to restrict, but to protect both parties involved.
- 1. If registration is made but the participant does not onboard into the program, the registration fee is non-refundable.
- 2. No refund will be provided once access to course materials or program features has been granted.
- 3. Refunds are not applicable for partial participation or early exit from the program.

- 1. Under ₹5,000 Programs: Users enrolled in programs under ₹5,000 will receive only one-time verification email with the certificate automatically. No future verification support will be provided.
- 2. No Additional Verification Requests: Users enrolled in programs under ₹5,000 are not eligible to request any further verification, whether free or paid.
- 3. No Verification for Requests Below ₹5,000: Even if a user enrolled in a program under ₹5,000 submits a verification request, Dicecode Technologies will not process or provide verification.
- 4. Strict Enforcement: This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions for programs under ₹5,000.
- 5. Above ₹10,000 Programs: These users will get automatic one-time verification, and future verifications will be available on paid request..
- 6. No Verification via Phone/WhatsApp: All verifications are handled via official email and our verification portal. No phone/WhatsApp verification is entertained.
- 7. Third-Party Verification: We do not respond to verification requests from third parties unless the user provides prior consent.
- 8. Charges for Future Verification: Future verification for eligible users will be provided only after online payment, the charges of which will be disclosed at the time of request.
- 9. No Guarantee of Lifetime Verification:Dicecode Technologies does not guarantee indefinite availability of verification services.
- 10. User Responsibility: Users must download and safely store certificates and verification emails.
- 11. Verification Email Safety: Keeping verification emails secure is the user’s responsibility.
- 12. Terms Updates Impact Verification: Verification conditions may change with updates to company terms.
- 13. Automatic Acceptance of Updated Terms:Using verification services constitutes acceptance of current terms.
- 14. No Verification After Closure: Company closure ends all verification services.
- 15. No Claims Post-Closure: Users cannot claim verification services after company shutdown.
- 16. Certificate Backup: Users are advised to keep backup copies of their certificates and verification mails.
- Employment Disclaimer: Certificates issued are for learning or internship completion only and do not guarantee employment, job placement, or freelance work.
- Certificate Validity: Dicecode reserves the right to revoke, invalidate, or deny certificate verification in case of policy violation, suspected misuse, or any fraudulent activity.
- No Third-Party Association: Possessing a certificate from Dicecode does not mean the user is officially endorsed, employed, or associated with Dicecode Technologies as a staff member or representative.
- Disclaimer: By using or showcasing our certificates, the user agrees to all the above terms. Dicecode Technologies holds no liability for how or where the certificate is used outside our platform.
- Any tampering or unauthorized reproduction of certificates is strictly prohibited
